So to sum up yesterday, there were about 250+ people in attendence. We met up in front of the Ferris Wheel at 3pm and walked down to the left side of the beach and basically plopped down in a sunny spot and busted out the guitars! Our friends Erik and Ethan from Letters & Lights were in town and came out to play this beach show with us.
We took turns playing songs and everyone joined in with their voices for what was like a giant campfire sing-a-long. It was a sight to behold on the beach by people who had no idea what was going on for sure.
Afterwards we busted out a mini football (which immediately was stolen by someone not with our group) and a frisbee! We even found time to run down into the water and swim for a little while! Honestly, it was a great day and we had so much fun. Hopefully we’ll We’d never done any show like this before, but we’ll definitely consider doing more like it in the future.
