It all began with my love of rings, but never finding any that I liked (some would say I’m picky) and then when I would come across one worthy of my hand, it wouldn’t fit my size 4 fingers.

I had been tirelessly searching for something I hadn’t seen before with a creative twist when one day I saw it! But it was on someone else. I had tried looking for one similar and asking people if they’d ever seen them, but to no avail.

Then I came across Eric’s lovely Silver & Spoon website and knew I had finally found what I’d been looking for! The creative idea of taking an antique spoon and turning it into jewelry is genius. It’s the epitome of taking something old and making it new. I love the fact that all the spoons have their own history and memories attached to them which can now be added to my own.

THE SILVER & SPOON: SPRING COLLECTION The Scene Aesthetic just got back from a five week tour across the country. It was incredible to say the least. Since I’ve been back home I’ve been very hard at work on a brand new spring collection of antique spoon rings! I met a lot of people at the TSA shows who would ask me if I make all of the rings myself or if someone else runs everything and I’m just helping to promote. That isn’t the case at all. Silver & Spoon is something I decided to do by myself as a hobby over six months ago and right now, I’m the only one who makes the rings (and necklaces). I love going to antique stores and hunting for old antique spoons that I can transform into modern jewelry. I’m excited to release over 125+ antique spoon rings in this spring collection!
